The Mountain Pact follows an 'opt-in' strategy where towns and counties can participate in our policy efforts as they see fit for their community.
These local and county governments represent the most engaged communities in The Mountain Pact. The Mountain Pact also works with other local and regional governments, chambers of commerce, and economic development corporations in addition to those listed.
